This policy describes how Primal Press Protocol ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit primalpressprotocol.com or purchase our product.

Information we collect

Purchase information. When you buy the protocol, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
Training data. Numbers you enter into the app (lifts, body weight, session logs) are stored so the app can function. They are never sold or shared.
Analytics data. We use Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type). These tools may use cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To deliver the product you purchased and provide support.
To send transactional emails (receipts, access details). We do not spam.
To measure and improve our advertising and website.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Meta, Google, and Microsoft (analytics/advertising), and our hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some analytics will not be collected.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@primalpressprotocol.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
