Email support@primalpressprotocol.com from the email address you used at checkout, within 60 days of your purchase date, and tell us you'd like a refund. That's it — no forms, no questionnaire, no exit interview.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. You keep access to the app.
Requests made more than 60 days after purchase are not covered by the guarantee, but email us anyway — we'd rather hear from you than not.
